"We were all born to be different, not to be perfect".
The Mind Project appreciates individual differences in children, and strives to maximise their learning potential. Our team of professional therapists provide assessment and individualised therapy for children with a wide range of abilities. We personalise comprehensive and multi-modality programmes that allow children to reach successful levels of understanding by using their preferred learning style, as well as by expanding their abilities to use as many learning style as possible. This especially helps children with special needs (e.g. Autism, ADHD etc) to learn more effectively, and to integrate into the classroom more easily.
We believe that every child deserves an opportunity for success. We are accessible to all families in need, regardless of race, cultural or socioeconomic background.
We believe that children’s personal development, learning and social skills can be improved through personalised therapies.
We advocate an inclusive ethos. We do not want to live in a world that is divided into the typical world and the disabled world. We believe that children at different developmental stage can learn from each other.
We strive to promote mental health in the community. We hold regular workshops and talks to enhance public knowledge about mental well-being, in order to reduce stigma towards learning disabilities and mental disorders.
